When you're feeling lost at sea, what will it take to guide you home? Grace lives with her father Jack on their crumbling family farm in Wales. Jack, who has dementia, lost his son Michael in a tragic accident at sea many years ago. Kathy Biggs is originally from Yorkshire, where she trained to be a nurse. She moved to Mid Wales, near Llanwrtyd Wells in 1985 and still lives there with her husband. She has two grown children. Her two previous novels, The Luck and Scrap , were published by Honno Press.
