Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography
Brothers Tom and Owen Morgan grew up in Cowbridge and continue to live in south Wales. They are two of the most knowledgeable and passionate people about Spanish food, with 20 years in the restaurant business with their mini-chain of Bar 44 restaurants, with strong connections to the food and sherry industries in Spain. Bar 44 also imports its own brand olives and sherry – Owen is also an International Sherry Educator – and runs educational food and drink tours for private individuals and Bar 44 online cook-alongs.
