Written by Chris McGuire, a former TV producer for CBBC, Disney and Nickelodeon, Crooks and Nannies: Beyond the Gravy is filled with the type of fun and silliness his readers have grown to love. Chris has recently been a finalist in the prestigious ‘Scribe’ awards for his book Blast from the past! (McGuire’s been writing novelisations of the classic animation The Raccoons) and the first book in the series Crooks and Nannies: A NAUGHTY Beginning… was long listed for the Spark! Children’s book awards.
