On two farms in the middle of nowhere, Wil and Dot live. The pair are cousins and love nothing better than playing pranks on people. People of every age. Pranks of every kind. Every morning on the bus on the way to school, they make notes in their sly suggestions book. They think up the greatest and cruellest pranks in the world.
