Mae Tomi, y twrch daear, a'i deulu yn paratoi i ymfudo. Dydy eu cartref ddim yn ddiogel i fyw ynddo bellach wrth i beiriannau mawr adeiladu stad o dai crand ar dir Cae Sidan. Ond mae Tomi yn benderfynol o wneud popeth o fewn ei allu i sicrhau nad ydyn nhw'n colli eu cartref. Mae'n gweld llygedyn o oleuni ym mhen pella'r twnnel pan ddaw'n ffrindiau gydag Elisabeth, merch y fforman.

Disgrifiad Saesneg / English Description

Tomi, the mole, and his family prepare to migrate after their home becomes unsafe to live in as big, heavy machines build a housing estate on the Cae Sidan land. But Tomi is determined to do everything within his ability to ensure that they can stay in their home. He finds a ray of light in the far end of the tunnel when he becomes friends with Elisabeth, the foreman's daughter.
