Disgrifiad Cymraeg / Welsh Description

Yn Glimmering mae Megan Hayes yn chwilio am gysur ac yn dod o hyd i wydnwch yn nyfroedd gwyllt Cymru a thu hwnt. Mae hon yn daith o hunanddarganfyddiad a adroddir mewn cyfres o nofiadau ar draws y dudalen: cofiant telynegol, atgofus, ond eto gobeithiol am iacháu trawma cymhleth a phŵer adferol, achubol ein profiadau mewn natur.

Disgrifiad Saesneg / English Description

In Glimmering Megan Hayes seeks solace and finds resilience in the wild waters of Wales and beyond. This is a journey of self-discovery told in a series of swims-across-the-page: a lyrical, haunting, yet hopeful memoir about healing complex trauma and the restorative, redemptive power of our experiences in nature.
