P. J. Morris (Editor) P.J. Morris is a writer, critic and academic. He co-founded Wales Arts Review and served as its Managing Editor from 2012 - 2016. After graduating from LAMDA in 1996, he worked as an actor for touring companies and BBC TV. His plays have been staged at the Finborough Theatre and Riverside Studios in London, and by Welsh theatre company Dirty Protest. He was a Senior Lecturer in English & Applied Drama at the University of Wales, Newport, and has taught at Ohio University, University of Dubuque and Morley College. His short stories have been published in New Welsh Review , The Lonely Crowd and A Fiction Map of Wales . He is currently completing a novel for his PhD in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia. Gary Raymond (foreword) Gary Raymond is a novelist, critic, and broadcaster. He is editor of Wales Arts Review and presents The Review Show for BBC Radio Wales. He writes regularly on film, music, literature, and theatre, and can be heard on BBC Radio 3 and 4 as an arts commentator and reviewer. His novels include For Those Who Come After (2015), The Golden Orphans (2018), and Angels of Cairo (2021). In 2020 he published, How Love Actually Ruined Christmas , a scene-by-scene response to the divisive Christmas movie. He also wrote and presented the BBC radio documentaries How Tom Jones Conquered America (2020) and How Great was How Green was My Valley (2021).
