Aled Eirug is a writer and broadcaster, formerly Head of News and Current Affairs for BBC Wales and constitutional adviser to the National Assembly for Wales. Jane Williams is Professor of Law at Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University, formerly a UK and Welsh Government legal adviser.
