Disgrifiad Saesneg / English Description
Ali regularly takes Jack, a friendly and mischievous miniature Shetland pony, to visit people in care homes. During one visit, they meet Billy, a boy who often visits his grandfather. Billy is surprised but delighted to meet Jack, and he praises the hard-working nurses. His comment about the need for more specialist nurses gets Ali thinking –could Jack Brock somehow help?

Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography
Ali Stearn is the owner of Jack Brock. In her spare time she takes Jack to care homes voluntarily and, together, they support those living with Dementia, having raised over £25k to date. She started illustrating Jack Brock Christmas cards in 2019 with proceeds of the sales going to dementia charities local to her home in Norwich.
