Disgrifiad Saesneg / English Description

Original play for young people aged 16+, about a period in the lives of five young people from south Wales. It explores the way society can sit by and watch terrible things happening to others without intervening, and discusses contemporary themes: identity; belonging; the pressures on young people to succeed; helplessness in contemporary society.

Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography

Rhian Staples grew up in Bala and after graduating from Aberystwyth University worked in the theatre for ten years. She is now an experienced teacher who has been teaching GCSE, AS and HE Drama for years. She lives in Swansea and is Head of Drama at Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun. She won the Drama Medal at the National Eisteddfod in 2011.
