Natalie has had enough of her mum's boyfriend, but what's the best way to get him out of their lives for good? Perhaps going away with Mum and best friend Ashlin to the Own Your Own Pony week will persuade Mum that Natalie and horse riding are all they need.

Camilla Chester is a dog walking, horse riding, writer. She’s been a finalist in two national children’s writing competitions, for the National Literacy Trust and Mslexia, and has previously successfully self-published three novels. Her first traditionally published novel Call Me Lion (Firefly 2022) was selected for The Summer Reading Challenge and the Read for Empathy List, won the 2023 Crystal Kite and was shortlisted for the UKLA Children's Book Awards. Camilla lives in Hertfordshire with her family and various furry friends.
